Show Rules

1.  All produce to be exhibited must be grown on the allotment plot or garden of each exhibitor.

2. Only 1 entry per class per person will be permitted

3. No exhibits are to be removed from the Show before 4:00pm

4. The Show Hall will be open at 9:30am.  All exhibits must be staged by 11:00am. Judging will begin shortly after.

5. Exhibitors must stage their own exhibits on the plates provided.

6. No exhibitors may interfere with any exhibit or display.

7. Only judges and show stewards will be allowed in the showhall durin judging.

8. The decision of the judges is final.

9. The Chidrens category is open to those aged 12 years and under.

10. The Teenagers category is open to those aged between 13 and 17 years.

11. Each class is awarded points on the following basis:  1st = 5   2nd = 3  3rd = 1

12. In the vegetable category only the points from the best ten classes will count towards an exhibitors final score

13. Exhibitors are asked to tell a DAGA organiser if they are happy for their exhibits to be auctioned off or not.

14. The show organisers accpet no responsibilyt for the loss or damage to any eshibits and/or personal property.
